International Eskişehir Cartoon Festival is organized every 2 years by Aktiffelsefe Culture Association.

It continues as an inspiring festival, with cartoonists from all over the world thinking about the common values of humanity and putting out works. The subject of the festival, which will take place in 2020, has been chosen as 'Our Differences and Similarities'.
